1.2 Core technology is the use of specially designed AC220V special torque motor

The motor is a low speed maintenance free motor. The motor can be braked in any position without damage. In the extreme position of the two terminals, the motor power is automatically reduced to about 20W, which saves energy and avoids condensation and corrosion, even in cold winters;

The transmission mechanism adopts a sinusoidal connecting rod mechanism, and the deceleration device used by the common automatic intercepting rod is removed, so that the whole structure is more compact and reasonable, and the mechanical failure is greatly reduced;

The special motor coil structure makes it instantaneous and high-current and instantaneous voltage fluctuations of ordinary motors in the moment of power-on and power-off. It can be directly powered by UPS without affecting the normal operation of other equipment in the same power grid.

1.3 Appearance structure is both durable and beautiful

The chassis is made of specially treated steel plate, and the surface is coated with orange or orange high-grade automotive paint to prevent corrosion and prevent fading due to ultraviolet radiation.

The bar is made of special aluminum and has a red reflective film to make it visible at night.

In order to suit different occasions (such as in an underground parking lot with limited space), a folding bar is also specially designed.

Anti-collision mechanism: When the vehicle hits the automatic bar stopper due to an accident, the anti-collision mechanism can rotate the bar by 90o, thereby avoiding or reducing the damage to the automatic bar and the vehicle;

LED red and green dual display signal: automatically switch traffic lights for traffic vehicles;

Infrared protection device: It can detect the passage of personnel to avoid accidents;

Remote control device: wireless remote control operation can be realized, and the effective control distance is not less than 25m;

Anti-smashing function: After embedding the induction coil, when the vehicle is under the bar, the bar will never drop, thus avoiding accidents.
