(1) Line embedding

According to customer requirements, the location of the chassis is determined, and the concrete base needs to be poured in advance (the size of the base is about 100-150mm more than the outer size of the bottom of the gate). The fixed position of the chassis is embedded or excavated between the control room or the booth 3X1.5 square millimeter power supply line and 4X0.5 square millimeter control line used by the cable trench and the buried conduit to penetrate the equipment are determined to be backfilled without error

(2) Fixed chassis

Put the chassis in a fixed position, open the chassis door to loosen and fix the hat butterfly nut (chassis door and hat are carefully placed to avoid surface scratches), mark the hole on the bottom of the chassis and the edge of the chassis base. Remove the gate and make the mark on the screw hole. Drill the holes vertically (the size of the drill bit should match the expansion bolts provided with the equipment). The depth should meet the length of the expansion screw. The chassis should be moved to the original position and the expansion screw should be inserted and fastened firmly.

(3) Brake lever installation

The road gate chassis is fixed firmly, and the position of the gate pole installation rod is tightened with screws and the tilt of the gate pole needs to be installed. The fork rod needs to be installed and debugged. Vertical and horizontal state. Securely fixed (no installation required without fork)

(4) Peripheral equipment installation

The barrier is installed firmly and the commissioning is completed. According to the customers needs, connect the chassis circuit and related peripheral equipment control lines according to the wiring diagram of the barrier control board and carry out related debugging.
